CRA Hosts – Our Monterey District 5 Supervisor, Mary Adams – A Conversation

Now - July 10th - at 6:30 doors open at the Carmel Woman’s Club, as Mary offers her 8 years of insights on the workings on the Monterey County dais and beyond. In an interactive question format, we will cover topics including Mary’s experience and roles in County and Regional area committees and boards – covering AMBAG, Energy, Water, Transportation and more.

Carmel-by-the-Sea City Staff provides a plethora of services, permits and more inside our 1 square mile – plus we all benefit from and are impacted by the decisions and work in Monterey County. We look forward to Mary’s knowledge on areas outside our Village, specifically on the use of county land, infrastructure, and services. These items can include current unincorporated jurisdictions’ hot projects and programs such as work on the County’s Safety Programs, Roadways, Housing Element and Short-Term Rentals to name a few.

CRA members residing inside our Village and also those beyond our City limits (e.g. Carmel, Carmel Woods, Carmel Valley, Carmel Meadows, Carmel Highlands, plus) want to learn more on how our County leaders work on and address regional opportunities and challenges. This is a great opportunity to hear from our County’s best – our Supervisor Mary Adams, as she wraps up her County service at years end.
