Welcome to Our CRA Semi-Annual 2021 Feast in the Forest...

“A Night in Spain”

Saturday, September 11th, 5-9 PM  
at the Indian Village in Pebble Beach.
On "The Dunes Road" 

We had an OUTSTANDING EVENING...great food, drinks and company.  And we have such interesting and engaging membership....sorry if you missed it!   Maybe next year. 

 What follows are the details we shared in advance of this gathering.....

Flamenco anyone?  Maybe yes, or maybe no.  But in any case, what about a great evening out with fellow CRA Members and Guests?  Our annual “Feast in the Forest” was not held in the past 2 years but has now returned for your enjoyment - as we all look to reconnect in a casual outdoor setting.   Our wonderful “A Night in Spain” evening will include great spanish food, beverages and music. 

For your food and beverage enjoyment our Spanish Buffet will include:

  • Pre-dinner tapas (small plate bites)
  • 3 delectable Paella options (yes with a vegetarian choice)
  • A great Spanish sweet, served with Coffee 
  • Plus, beverages including Sangria, Wine, Beer and Waters
  • All catered and served with the team of our local Chef Bruce Finch, the owner & executive chef of A Party for your Palate

CRA Members confirm your participation by registering to attend, with your welcome guest(s*) of 1, 2 or 3+, by processing your signup and $40 per person payment online.  * Your guests can be members or non-members

Alternatively, a) call Nancy at 650-740-3477 who can answer any issues on signup or take your registration and payment details live, b) or you can confirm your participation by check – that must be received on or before August 27th date – at CRA, PO Box 13, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Ca 93921.   Include your email and/or phone number with any postal mailed sign-up.

  • Registration deadline is August 27th
  • If you see this Feast invitation from a CRA member and are not all set to join us as a part of their registration, but you are not yet a CRA member, we welcome you to sign-up as a CRA member so you can join us at our “A Night in Spain” and enjoy many more membership benefits.
  • When your Night in Spain registration and payment is processed, you’ll receive another email reminder a few days prior to September 11th.   We’ll be looking forward to seeing you there!
  • Refunds will be provided should our event be cancelled due to unexpected new county health guidance.

Day of Details:

  • Timing Our gathering officially is from 5-9 PM, although we will be ready for your arrival 30 minutes before 5PM.   
  • Attire is casual, plus we do recommend bringing an added layer for warmth as the sunsets.   The benches at Indian Village are firm - so if you have cushions handy, bringing this too might be a good thing. 
  • Directions to Indian Village in Pebble Beach are best found by entering "Indian Village" into your mobile device or car navigation.  You can also ask the gate guard for instructions. 
  • Gate Entrance  At any of the Pebble Beach Gates on Saturday afternoon, tell the gate guard that you are attending the "Carmel Residents Association event in Indian Village".   There are no "visitor gate fees" if you provide this information.  
  • ...plus some optional Raffle excitement too!   To help support more CRA programs a "Split the Pot" raffle will also be held.  Tickets are $20 for shoulder to fingertips and $10 from elbow to fingertips.  50% of the pot goes to the winner!
