To Join Us - Members confirm your spot by registering to attend, with your welcome guest(s*), with your meal options and $85 per person payment online. *Your guests can be members or non-members

1. Roasted Chicken, served with Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and marbled mashed potatoes
2. Alaska Salmon, served atop a bed of Israeli couscous, seasonal vegetables, light harissa sauce, and blistered heirloom cherry tomatoes
3. Mushroom Risotto, with blend of wild mushrooms, roasted Gilroy garlic and fresh herbs

Every 8 years, required by California State Law, our City must update the Housing Element of our General Plan. Our next update is due by December 2023. With the most recent RHNA #'s (Regional Housing Needs Allocation of 349 housing units for Carmel-by-the-Sea), the challenge is to include updates that reflect targets, feasibility, processes and incentives to increase the density of our 1 square mile village, with scarce open space. Our City is not responsible for building new housing; this is the role of developers and property owners.
