Looking Ahead - Planning your January & February Calendars
- January 4th – Tuesday 4:30-7:30 Regular City Council. Significant topics include:
- Receive report on housing topics including: Regional Housing Number Allocation (RHNA) assessment; Senate Bills SB8, SB9 and SB10; a feasibility study to explore City’s barriers to affordable housing... (<-- these can materially affect the look of our village)
- Consideration of extending the mandatory removal date for temporary parklets beyond January 20th, 2022
- Receive a status report on the various City Council Strategic Initiative projects (<--what is important to you?).

- January 19th – Wednesday, Carmel Planning Department Workshop - The Planning and Building department is inviting all contractors, architects, designers, and the public to attend an informational workshop regarding development process updates, application requirements, and the inspection process. (time and location/access information to be announced, visit https://ci.carmel.ca.us/meetings for specifics).
- January 27th – Thursday 10AM -2PM CRA at Carmel Farmers Market where we Hosts a Community Table
