CIVIC Meetings in August
- The Housing Element for our Village has been approved and submitted to Sacramento for their 90 day review. Impressive work by City Staff - but there is much more to do and consider in the months ahead. (here)

The newest 5th & Dolores plans are requesting approval in the early August Planning Commission meeting August 9th (here).

A Special Meeting on the revised Wireless/Cell Tower Ordinance is planned for August 23rd (here). New drafts are now available for review.
- A half yearly City Strategic Priorities Review is planned for August 30th in Sunset Center. (here) Juggling projects & needs across time, people and $'s.
