This represents Public Works Director Bob Harary and team's 7 year efforts as he retires at the end of 2024. This report reflects considerations/priorities for future budget planning in 2025 and beyond. Thank you Bob! Happy Retirement!

TODAY - Dec 6 – SPECIAL City Holiday/Tree Lighting Celebration 4-6:30PM on Ocean Avenue & Junipero
Dec 9 – SPECIAL City Meeting - Swearing in of the NEW City Council Members, Monday at 4:30PM in Council Chambers - who will help guide our Village, Council Meetings and more in 2025! We will welcome Dale Byrne as Mayor, with Hans Buder and Bob Delves as incoming Council Members. These new Council members will be joined by the returning Jeff Baron and Alisandra Dramov. CRA Note 1: This Voice Issue includes your 2025 Membership Renewal envelope. Renewal emails, especially for those who prefer to pay by Credit Card online, will be emailed in mid December. We appreciate your support to keep CRA delivering programs, events and content all year and every year as we celebration 38 YEARS of community service in 2025! Upon your renewal, we will postal mail you a new 2025 CRA Membership VIP Benefits Card! The latest new offer is from De Tierra Vinyards.
CRA Note 2: Our Board accepted the resignation of two of our valued Board Members in December. We offer our sincerest appreciation for departing Board Member Hans Buder as he takes on his new role on City Council and departing Board Member David O'Neil as he works to focus his many volunteer responsibilities with having a personal life! We look forward to their continued support and participation as active CRA Members in the years to come.
